SHIPPING~On average our orders are shipped within 1-3 weeks of receipt, depending on the season, and availability of materials. Our shipping charges are, unless otherwise specified, $16.00 per item. Orders of $200 or more qualify for FREE shipping. These prices are based on regular UPS ground shipping. If you would like an item sent express shipping, or to a location NOT in the 48 contiguous states, please contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Items could take longer during the holiday season. Please order early!! Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via UPS.
Each unique creation is lovingly prepared by Tracy with a keen attention to detail that will add beauty to your home or office for years to come. We take great pride in our creations and ship them with the greatest of care. Each product is shipped in a custom made box that carefully secures your purchase for shipping. We have NEVER had a purchase damaged in transit.
RETURN POLICY~We want your complete satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of receipt of item. We will credit your credit card or paypal account for the full purchase price excluding shipping charges. We only ask that you return the item in new condition and in its original packaging. Items returned damaged will be charged a restock fee. To return an item you must first email us and get a return authorization number. Products returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on weather damaged items.
